16 oz Broccoli florets
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 cup walnuts
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375
Place broccoli on a sheet pan, season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. This is serious business, and I am not joking. The longer you roast the broccoli the more intense and wonderful the flavor.
Sprinkle cheese and walnuts over broccoli and cook 10 minutes more, or until walnuts are toasted and cheese is turning brown. Tip: Throw the walnuts in the freezer before adding to the dish if you’re worried about them burning.
