The James Beard Foundation Awards are like the Oscars, Grammy’s, and Emmy’s all rolled into one for the food world. The Oscagremmy’s? In any case the awards recognize the great work done by pretty much every aspect of food, from restaurants to writers. This year I happened upon the list of nominees on Twitter, via the James Beard Foundation twitter page.
