1 large butternut squash (2-3 lb)
½ cup butter (about 1 stick)
2 Tbsp chopped rosemary
2 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup lightly chopped pecans
2 tsp honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
