This Popeye’s situation needs to be addressed. The recent promotion by Popeye’s, a chicken fast food joint, has made people lose their minds. People showed up at a location in Rochester, NY to find that the store had closed because they ran out of chicken. Arby’s new marketing campaign for the Roast Burger has me confuzzled. The conceit is that fast food burgers are super greasy, and the Roast Burger is not. But here’s the thing: there are far worse things about fast food burgers to be worried about than greasiness. Any burger is “greasy” owing to the fact that proper burger meat contains fat. I’ve been working a lot lately. Pretty much around the clock. Don’t feel bad, aside from my restaurant job I’m in the middle of reviewing games for our partner site Cinema Blend. So at 1 am I’m sitting on the couch having a blast with Little Big Planet. Simultaneously I am hungry, and as any avid gamer knows you must have proper grub to stay up late playing games.
