The debate over how to properly drink scotch can get quite heated. All sides will at some point claim that the way to truly taste the complexity of a given scotch is to add in 1/5 the amount of water, or never dilute the holy drink with water, or to add in just a couple clear ice cubes, or to dance around naked while smoking a Cuban cigar and showering yourself with Necco wafers. more…
