pollan1 Is Sustainable Agriculture Able To Rid Itself Of Being Just A Fad?Looking around it’s come to my attention that the whole eat local, eat fresh mantra of the foodie is a fad. Grass fed beef from a local farm is a quaint idea in today’s world, and an expensive one. I’ve discovered first hand the difficulty of trying to make such a change work. And it often reminds me of the times in the past when I vowed to exercise more, or just generally eat healthy. arbys Arbys Roast Burger Campaign Is A Bit ConfusedArby’s new marketing campaign for the Roast Burger has me confuzzled. The conceit is that fast food burgers are super greasy, and the Roast Burger is not. But here’s the thing: there are far worse things about fast food burgers to be worried about than greasiness. Any burger is “greasy” owing to the fact that proper burger meat contains fat. The Roast Burger is not a burger at all, but instead the classic roast beef sandwich with fixins. more…
