Eating for cheap is always a great idea, even when you’re employed and doing well. Often times you can put together something extra tasty with just some cheap and simple ingredients. As is the case with this packed with flavor pockets seared polenta. I really like the spicy roasted tomato coulis, but you could certainly just go ahead chop up some tomato to make things even easier. It’s been quiet here on the Munch Monster front. Too quiet, I know. I apologize for that, and instead of excuses I’ll just say I hope things will begin picking up very soon. I start work at a new restaurant in a few days, so for a late anniversary gift I took my wife to my new place of employment.
