My twitter feed once again informed me of some news I otherwise would have missed. This time about the closing of the Cook’s Library bookstore in Los Angeles. I’m not a huge fan of bookstores, and while I empathize with the owners of said stores as Amazon slowly puts them out of business I can’t say I’m surprised. After 20 years of operation the store will close its doors on April 30. more…
